Consulting -  Double Exposure, Inc. and associates are highly experienced in working with companies who like to produce and manage their own special events.  Companies who may only require event direction will have us  provide a “blue print” event plan to follow.  We can assist by determining the goals and theme of their event, identifying the target market and/or potential audience and the appeal.   We work as consultants to create and develop  a budget,  management plan, marketing plan and production schedule. 

Pre-Production and Research – Using our knowledge of the event industry, we will use every resource to research the demographic profile of our clients and the event’s target market and audience appeal.

Creative Services – Our in-house staff provides most of our creative work. However at times, we will recommend sub-contracting to associate professionals that we feel can better serve the project.

Negotiations - We will research, check references, negotiate and manage all necessary contracts with the facility and service providers so to provide the best packages for events.

Entertainment – Double Exposure, inc is a direct agent for  local celebrity impersonators, comedians and lounge singers.  We are proud members of the Las Vegas Entertainment Network and can provide national talent for all our events.

Event Logistics & Management Services -   We will manage the Venue, food and beverages, decorations, speakers, entertainment, florists, photographers, audiovisual equipment, ordering of gifts, favors, awards, and certificates.  For conferences and meetings, we can provide preliminary agenda information and last-minute updates to your members.  We will take care of all the travel and lodging needs for guests and entertainers including ground travel.

Sales and Marketing Services – We specialize in managing the production of brochures, signs, banners, advertisements, journals, programs, press releases, media information kits, public service announcements, duplication of materials, and mailings.  Our sales staff can help fundraisers by selling event sponsorships, tables, tickets and program ad space.

Event Planning and Logistics – Once we commit to the project, we handle and provide reports listing every detail involved in administration, permits, insurance, contracts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, timelines and production schedules.

On- Site Management – Before the event, our staff will conduct pre-event meetings with the Venue staff and all associated suppliers to reiterate Clients needs and expectations.   The day of the event, we will oversee event- room set up, post signage and banners and set up or oversee all decorations and tabletop signage.... Oversee the food and beverage arrangements, Oversee A/V and  entertainment, photography and  provide direction as needed.  At the end of the evening, we will oversee payments and tear down as needed.

Post-event administration services - After the event, our staff handles all paperwork  to completion.  We will send out thank-you notes and gifts, will provide final reports, including evaluations, surveys, and budgets, and will present all reported information to committees and board members.
